Micromancy is the practice of casting small items in divination. The 12 casting charms included in our traveler's bag represent the journey of the traveler. These can be drawn individually or cast on a mat.

how to read with the
Traveler's bag
Take the trinkets and cast them before you, note where the traveler falls: this indicates you and your current position. The trinkets that fall closest to you are the active components in the situation. Take note of the groupings of certain trinkets.
Casting all 12 trinkets in a reading.
Here, the traveler has fallen next to ruins with treasure and crossroads not far. Other trinkets have fallen more evenly spaced from each other. Depending on the question asked when these were cast, you could read this as the traveler being burdened by a challenge of some sort. The ladder, symbolizing upward and downward movement, is just behind the traveler, representing an opportunity that is near but undetected by the traveler. Treasure is in reach of the traveler, but next to a crossroads showing that a difficult choice, sacrifice or risk may need to be taken to access that wealth. You can continue to go one by one with each trinket analyzing their proximity and positioning to interpret the overall message of the casting. Using the Treasure Map Altar Cloth or Green Glyphs Casting Cloth can add more context for mapping out your reading in more detail.

For a quicker reading you can mix all the trinkets in their pouch and pull one out at random. The trinket you pull will offer you an answer to your question.
