At this time, we are unable to ship to North Korea, Ukraine, Russia or Belarus.
We ship orders Monday-Thursday from Los Angeles, CA with the exception of holidays. If your order is placed on Monday-Thursday before 11 a.m. PT, it will likely ship out the same day. If it is placed after 11 am PT, it will ship out the following shipping day.
We use a combination of different couriers for all orders shipping within the U.S. U.S. customers will not have the option to specify which courier is used for their shipment. All shipments will include insurance and typically take 2-5 days to arrive at their destination once shipped.
For orders shipping outside the U.S., we use a variety of couriers, each with their own estimated timelines , that will be shown to you at checkout. Please note that duties and taxes vary from country to country. These fees may or may not be included in the shipping options available to you at checkout. We will not reship or refund orders that have been returned due to the recipient's refusal to pay for the required customs fees.
Yes! Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. Please email us once your order has been placed to confirm a date and time for when you will pick up your order.
If your shipment is lost:
The timeframes for notifying us about your lost shipment are as follows:
After 20 days from ship date or 14 days from the last tracking update for domestic shipments.
After 30 days from ship date or 14 days from the last tracking update for international and APO/FPO shipments.
If you believe your shipment was stolen:
Please wait 7 days from when the package was marked delivered before reaching out to us for assistance.
*We require these wait-to-file periods for stolen and lost orders as packages are sometimes delayed in transit or prematurely marked as delivered.
If your shipment is damaged:
Inform us about the damage as soon as you receive the package.
Please send us a signed and dated statement explaining the situation along with photos of the damage so that we may submit a claim.
*All issues must be reported within 90 days from the shipment date. Any issues reported after this window will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
*Failure to hold the damaged items, including the exterior package, until the claim is settled will result in rejection and we will not be able to reimburse you or reship the order.
Once the claim is approved, we will ship you a replacement or process a refund for you depending on which option you prefer. If the claim is denied, we will not be able to send you a replacement or refund.

The options shown to you at checkout will vary based on destination country, items in your order and/or weight. We will not refund or reship orders that have been returned due to the recipient's refusal to pay for the required customs fees upon arrival.
Sometimes carriers cannot deliver the customer’s package due to an invalid address or other unexpected delivery barriers. At this point, the carrier might return the package to us. If the package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, because the courier marked it as "unclaimed" or if duties were unpaid, we will need to charge you for shipping it a second time. We will not refund orders that have been returned due to the recipient's refusal to pay for the required customs fees.
For international shipments:
Please check that the shipping address you’ve used is verifiable by the shipping courier selected and that the phone number submitted is correct so that customs can contact you if there are fees that need to be paid or other information required for delivery.
