The Dreamer hovers above a group of people, each with their own opinion and value but coming together to only amount to indecision, incapable of attaining the true dreams of the Dreamer. 

Latin for “the people”, Populus is an extremely neutral figure. While it represents the people, of which each individual may have a voice- as a whole it is a muddle of noise. In a reading, Populus offers a multiplicity of whatever the figures are around it. It is good in all that is good and evil in all that is evil. The formation of dots resembles a crowd seen from above.  Populus reminds us that we all have different values and opinions but when we come together we must find a common ground. Populus is strengthened in the 4th house and weakened in the 10th.
