About us
The Prisma Visions shop was opened in 2014 and exists right at the edge of the universe in Downtown Los Angeles. Over the last 10 years our founder, James R. Eads, has journeyed through a mysterious portal to another world. In an attempt to capture the beauty of this surreal place, James has built an ever-expanding archive of visionary paintings and elegant curios to serve as windows for others to witness the sights he has seen and to take part in the transcendent journey of moving between portals.

The inventor here at Prisma Visions, James guides the artistic direction of everything we do. He always finds a way to materialize the boundless worlds in his mind without compromising his vision.
The Elementalist - Sagittarius
Hana
Her thirst for knowledge and need for variety allow her to bounce between realms. Working within the limitations and strengths of each element, Hana maintains and expands the web of operations at Prisma Visions.
The Shapeshifter - Capricorn
Allison
A skilled craftsperson and artistic assistant to James, Allison assists with production, installation, digital media, and online orders. Her attention to detail and varied skillset help make our visions a reality.
The Mystic - Virgo
Shauna
Shauna creates little moments of paradise with her art, writing, and relationships. She weaves beauty and magic into everything she does, from curating our online presence and photographing our relics to assisting customers.
The Mender - Taurus
Andres
The master printer at our studio, Andres' discerning eye and skillful hands are behind each print we produce. He's also our resident carpenter, constantly improving the Prisma Visions studio to better support our endless stream of projects.
Past Lives - Gemini
Brother & Baby
Our shop cats Brother and Baby are Gemini twins who were rescued from a dumpster in 2022. Their opposing energies help keep a playful balance in our studio.
