Shipping policy
We use a combination of USPS First-Class Shipping, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground for all orders shipping within the U.S. billed at a flat rate. U.S. customers will not have the option to specify which courier is used for their shipment. All shipments will include insurance and typically take 2-5 days to arrive at their destination once shipped.
For orders shipping outside the U.S., we will typically use DHL but will occasionally use USPS First Class International. Please note that duties, taxes, and brokerage fees vary from country to country. These fees are not included in the shipping fees shown at checkout.
We will not reship or refund orders that have been returned due to the recipient's refusal to pay for the required customs fees.
If you are shipping to a hotel, please ensure that the order will arrive before your stay and that the hotel is aware and able to hold your package. We will not reship or refund orders that have been returned due to a missed delivery.
We ship orders Monday-Friday from Los Angeles, CA with the exception of holidays. If your order is placed on Monday-Friday before 11 a.m. PT, it will likely ship out the same day. If it is placed after 11 am PT, it will ship out the following shipping day. Once your package ships, it usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Please note that courier delays, weather, staff shortages, retrogrades, and holidays can impact these timelines.
At this time, we are unable to ship to Ukraine, Russia or Belarus. If you are not able to select a shipping option at checkout, send us an email at hello@prismavisions.com to ensure that we have the most accurate shipping options available.
