We ship daily from Los Angeles, CA. If your order is placed on a weekday before 11 am PT, it will likely ship out the same day. Once your package ships, it usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive.

Most orders ship within 2 business days with the exception of pre-order items. Check the product descriptions of these product pages for more accurate shipping timelines for these items. All items in your order will ship together. Having a pre-order item in your order will delay the delivery of any other items in your order. Please be sure to place your pre-order separately so as not to delay ready-to-ship items.

Please note that weather, staff shortages, holidays and retrogrades may impact the estimated timelines above.

U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and international* orders are shipped via DHL**.

* Shipping paid on your order does not include duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. DHL does charge a $17.50 USD brokerage fee at time of delivery for most shipments. We cannot refund orders that have been returned due to unpaid customs or brokerage fees.

** Some remote areas outside the U.S. have a DHL remote area surcharge, in these cases we may choose to ship with USPS International First Class or USPS Priority Mail if these options are more cost effective. We may reach out to you to pay for additional shipping if we find that your address is outside of the usual shipping zones represented by the rates shown at checkout.

We accept returns for undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order.* Ship your item back to us in the condition it was sent using a pre-paid label and we will send you a refund for the cost of the item minus shipping once it arrives back at our shop.
