We ship daily from Los Angeles, CA. If your order is placed on a weekday before 11 am PT, it will likely ship out the same day. Once your package ships, it usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
Most orders ship within 2 business days with the exception of pre-order items. Check the product descriptions of these product pages for more accurate shipping timelines for these items. All items in your order will ship together. Having a pre-order item in your order will delay the delivery of any other items in your order. Please be sure to place your pre-order separately so as not to delay ready-to-ship items.
Please note that weather, staff shortages, holidays and retrogrades may impact the estimated timelines above.
U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and international* orders are shipped via DHL**.
* Shipping paid on your order does not include duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. DHL does charge a $17.50 USD brokerage fee at time of delivery for most shipments. We cannot refund orders that have been returned due to unpaid customs or brokerage fees.
** Some remote areas outside the U.S. have a DHL remote area surcharge, in these cases we may choose to ship with USPS International First Class or USPS Priority Mail if these options are more cost effective. We may reach out to you to pay for additional shipping if we find that your address is outside of the usual shipping zones represented by the rates shown at checkout.
We accept returns for undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order.* Ship your item back to us in the condition it was sent using a pre-paid label and we will send you a refund for the cost of the item minus shipping once it arrives back at our shop.
*All sale items are final sale and are not eligible to be returned for a refund.

Unopened, shrink-wrapped 5th edition, featuring glossy cards and the 79th card, Reverie.
Because of the limited nature of this item, we allow only one deck per customer. This item is a final sale item and not eligible for return.
-
The cards are approximately 2.75" x 4.75" with identical backs, printed with the highest quality inks on durable card-stock, finished with a glossy UV varnish and illuminated with mirror-like metallic silver gilded edges.
-
The Booklet included in the box explores each card's imagery and associated meanings, beautifully written by Katherine Tombs. This booklet does not include reversed meanings. For reversed meanings, please see The Big Visions Book.
-
The Box is a durable one-piece flip-top clamshell box printed with a matte finish.
-
Like all Visions decks, Prisma Visions Tarot includes a unique 79th card.
-
Please note that the Light Visions Tarot and the Prisma Visions Tarot contain the same imagery just represented in a slightly different style.
Prisma Visions is based on the classic symbolism of Rider-Waite-Smith but with an impressionistic modern approach.
Like our other Visions decks, this Tarot deck includes minor arcana cards that come together to tell a story. The panoramic imagery of these suits aids in the memorization of each card's significance by associating the individual meaning of the card to the broader meaning of the suit. This unique feature makes Prisma Visions Tarot a favorite among beginners and experienced readers alike!
