We ship daily from Los Angeles, CA. If your order is placed on a weekday before 11 am PT, it will likely ship out the same day. We accept returns for undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order.* Ship your item back to us in the condition it was sent using a pre-paid label and we will send you a refund for the cost of the item minus shipping once it arrives back at our shop.
